All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, unless otherwise stated. For lead times on custom commissions and portraits, please see individual listings. Items cannot be refunded or exchanged once they have been shipped.
I am currently only able to ship to the UK, apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Returns
Refunds/replacements will only be offered in case of faulty items. Should you receive your order and find the items to be damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receipt at [email protected]
Unfortunately refunds/replacements will not be offered for goods damaged in the post.
